REFUND POLICY FOR READINGS
 

The fee is paid when booked and is non-refundable. There is a reschedule policy: give notice prior to 24 hours of your scheduled appointment and you can reschedule once at no extra charge. Should you need to reschedule more than once there is a $45 charge for each rescheduling as time has been reserved for you at the original date/time. There is no refund for canceled appointments or no shows when you don’t answer your phone at your appointment time. You are called twice at your appointment time, using the number you provided to us, if stateside, and using your Skype name for international calls. All bookings are done on the website www.KnowTheName.com/services. We do not text, so please do not expect an answer if/when you text us. Correspondence can be sent to info@KnowTheName.com. We thank you for working with us to ensure that services are provided to all of our clients in the best manner possible. There is limited time in each day and not showing or canceling an appointment means that someone else could have had a reading at that time. We appreciate your considerations.
 

REFUND POLICY FOR SEMINARS

The fee is paid when booked and is non-refundable. There is a reschedule policy: give notice prior to two weeks of your scheduled seminar and you can reschedule for the same seminar within a two year time frame once at no extra charge. Should you need to reschedule more than once there is a $145 charge for each rescheduling as space has been reserved for you at the original date/time. There is no refund or rescheduling permitted for no shows, or when more than two years has passed, at any seminar whether it is in person or online. All bookings are done on the website www.KnowTheName.com/services. We do not text, so please do not expect an answer if/when you text us. Phone calls are not returned when a clearly understandable message has not been left. Correspondence can be sent to info@KnowTheName.com. We thank you for working with us to ensure that services are provided to all of our clients in the best manner possible. There is limited space at each seminar and not showing or canceling within the last week means that someone else could have had attended at that time. Some people choose to purchased the taped sessions of Level 1 seminar. The same rules apply as there are no refunds since you have now received registered trademarked material. All discs arrive in an mp3 format. When ordering you may specify if you prefer mp4’s or thumb drives instead of an mp3, but the choice must be requested when ordering. We appreciate your considerations.

RECORDING POLICY

A recording is included as an added service on readings so that weeks and months later, you can listen to the recording and remember all that was said during your session. Over the years, it has proved valuable such that most clients treasure their recordings.
 

Today’s digital files and email make it so much easier and faster to send and receive your phone and in-person sessions. With technology, however, comes periodic glitches that cause failure of some sessions to be recorded. The sheer volume of things recorded these days also prevents even the biggest Internet companies from storing everything everyone wants to keep.

With that said…I will attempt to digitally record and email all personal readings (unless otherwise agreed upon prior to the reading.) These recordings, however, are not guaranteed. Technical and internet difficulties sometimes occur, and repeating a session creates a backlog for people waiting for their appointment, so I am recommending that if you want a greater chance that your recording will be saved, you are invited to record your phone session using your own device.

Also, the recording/sending/sharing file company I use saves your files in its system for only a few days. After that, it is permanently deleted. Once you have been sent an e-mail with your digital file attached after your reading, you have 4 days from the date it was sent to download it onto your computer. Once your reading has been e-mailed to you and a disc has been made, which is mailed to you if you provide a United States address, your reading is deleted so that you have the only copy of your reading. This is to ensure your privacy. Please look for your e-mail copy a few hours after your session has ended, and download your session before too much time has passed.
